About Dr. Brandon Sodos, DPT

My name is Brandon Sodos and I offer

WHAT SETS ME APART FROM OTHER TRAINERS:

As a graduate from CSU Northridge's rigorous Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program in 2019, I have been trained to analyze how people move (walking, running, lifting, etc.) and what their posture looks like. I know how to identify muscle impairments/imbalances and how to correct them. I use this information to create individualized exercise programs that will work on those imbalances, thereby improving their posture and the way they move. This ensures that my clients are being given the correct exercise programs that will help them safely reach their goals without continuing to promote any bad habits and thus reducing the chances for injury in the future.

BACKGROUND:

I have 3+ years of professional personal training experience and I've been exercising/playing sports since I was a toddler, so I have a lot of knowledge about exercising and using it to help my clients reach their goals. I have the most experience with clients looking to improve body composition (fat loss and building muscle/strength) and/or functional ability, but we can discuss what your goals are. My clients have ranged from adolescents to adult seniors and from complete beginners to those with more exercise experience. As both a personal trainer and licensed physical therapist, I have also worked with clients with a wide range of injuries and/or limitations. So, I am confident with training people of all ages, abilities, and limitations! See Testimonials to see what my clients think about me!
